Why the answer of this question is D and not A… ? I need explanations.

The answer is D because of the precision of values given. When you multiply numbers together, the answer can't be more precise than the initial values. What I mean by that is that the answer can't have more significant numbers than the values used.
In this case, the three values all have two significant numbers, they all have two numbers written. That means that the answer only has two significant numbers. Then, the answer A is false, because you can't use three significant numbers to write the answer. Thus, the answer D is valid because only two significant numbers are used.
