Hello, my teacher recommends that we read books of different genres, but I don't understand why I can't always read the same kind of book (ex: my comics !!!)

      The reason why your teacher suggests you read books of different genres is because it allows you to develop your reading taste while allowing you to expand your reading repertoire. For example, you can read comics, short novels, literature albums, etc. Thus, it allows you to see what you prefer and to discover new books of different genres.
