Where can I know a noun is countable or uncountable?
Because the attribute is not obvious. For example, who knows “nuage” is countable or not.
My dictionary does not show the information.

Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out. :)
Indeed, the dictionary doesn't show this type of information. I suggest you take a look at the english traduction of the word and then ask yourself "can it be counted?".
If we take "nuage" as an example :
That should help you to determine if a noun is countable or not!
Hope this helped! Do no hesitate if you have any other questions. :)
