i want to know the rule of when i need put "Le" before a weekday and when i need not.
for example:
Je vais souvent à la piscine le vendredi.
Son avion arrive mardi, à quinze heures dix.

Usually, the definite article "le" is used when an action is repeated. Here is more information with some examples:
When the name of the day is not specified by a date, the definite article (le) usually indicates a repeated action each week.
Ex.: Elle va courir le mardi. Here, «le» means «every».
Furthermore, in a continuous text, the article « le » is also used before the name of the day when accompanied by a date.
Ex.: Je suis née le mercredi 11 mars 1987.
