Bonjour,

je dois écrire un texte en anglais, mais je ne suis pas certaine si la cohérence et la structure de mon texte est correcte.

Le voici:

Do you the sport that is played with athleticism? It's Cross-country, one of the most played fall sports. But what is Cross-country? Cross-country is an event where runners complete a course over open or rough terrain. The runners run on grass, mud, woodlands, hills, flat ground, and water. This famous sport usually takes place during the winter and autumn season. The runners' race on courses of varying lengths, but the average distance is between 2 - 6.2 miles. They also wear gloves and arm warmers when it gets colder than usual. And after warming up, they wear long-sleeved tops and a waterproof jacket. Cross-country competitions can be run by anyone: women and men of all ages. The runners run individually or as a team. Cross-country is the only sport with a legitimate national championship. The first national championship occurred in 1888, and the National Cross-Country Association was created in 1887. Most people enjoy running in cross country because it allows you to push yourself to your limits. This sport also has positive effects on you, such as reducing stress, improving heart health, and even helping alleviate symptoms of depression

On voit que tu as travaillé fort pour composer ton texte, c'est super! Voici quelques petites indications qui t'aideront à bien réviser:

Assure-toi que tes phrases comprennent tous un sujet, un verbe et un complément. S'il s'agit de phrases interrogatives, emphatiques ou à un autre temps, on doit aussi y trouver un auxiliaire.

Exemple:

Do you the sport that is played with athleticism?

Auxiliaire (Do) + sujet (you) + complément (the sport that is played with athleticism)

Se pourrait-il qu'il te manque un verbe ;)

Comme ton texte est principalement au présent, assure-toi que tu tiens compte que le verbe conjugué à la troisième personne doit prendre un s.

Et finalement, un bon truc est de lire ton texte à haute voix pour t'assurer que tu n'as pas oublié de mots et que tes phrases sonnent bien.
