Hi :)

I am having trouble in universe social.

To be specific its really the continents, provinces, capitals, oceans and finally the territories.

I would like to know how to get better and memorize all of the provinces, capitals, oceans and the territories.

First of all, I want to tell you that it’s a great habit you have of reaching out to us when you’re having difficulties in a subject! Well done!

Next, to memorize capitals, provinces, territories, oceans, and continents, practice is key. Personally, I really enjoyed playing games such as Allomonde.

This one is in French, but there are many others online, some of which are in English. These types of games help you familiarize yourself with the different elements you are studying while having fun.

There are also mnemonic tricks to remember the provinces and territories.

A mnemonic technique is a method to facilitate and improve the memorization of complex information. They can take the form of phrases, acronyms, or associations of ideas.

Here is an example of a mnemonic trick :

For the provinces: Billy And Sally Made Our Queen Nervous Playing Near Needles (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland).

Then, for the territories: You're Not Nice (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut).

In these examples, a phrase is used where the initial letter of each word represents a province or a territory.
