    L'élément neutre de la multiplication ne change pas la multiplication. Autrement dit, il fait rien; son effet est neutre.


    Le seul élément neutre de la multiplication est le nombre 1.


    En effet, multiplier n'importe quel nombre par 1, peu importe le nombre de fois, ne change pas le résultat de la multiplication. Par exemple :

    51=5

    23423545941=2342354594

    (43/5+3)21=(43/5+3)2=29,16
