    Hello Hello !!

To express a decimal number as a percentage, simply multiply it by 100 and add the% sign afterwards.

Example: express 0.356 as a percentage

                                                                    0.356 × 100 = 35.6%

Now, for the opposite, turn 35.6% into a decimal.

You should know that the symbol % means ÷ by 100. So, let's replace the symbol of% by ÷ 100:

                                                            35.6% = 35.6 ÷ 100 = 0.356
