To present a quadratic equation from the solutions, you need to write it under this form :
$$y=(x-a_{1})(x-a_{2})$$
This form is called the factored form because the equation is transformed into two binomials, each one containing one solution. Indeed, a1 and a2 are your solutions, you just need to replace them in the equation and you have your answer. Also, you need to be careful with the signs, it's x-a, so if your solution is negative the sign switches.
