I was told a student could connect with a teacher for one on one support. How do you do so?

Yes, students can connect with a teacher From Monday to Thursday at 5P.M. to 8P.M. and on Sunday at 1P.M. to 5P.M.

You can speak,chat or even call a teacher there, it is called "Cyberprof". You can also Directly text or call a teacher.

For a personal teacher, go to this link and click on "Demander à un prof''

For Cyberprofs, go to this link and do at least the test of your speakers so you can hear the teacher speak if. And if you want to speak with the teacher, then test your microphone too. Once you've done that, click on ''CONTINUER'' and choose the teacher you want to contact. Make sure to go to the teacher that teaches the subject you want (Don't go to a teacher that teaches French and Mathematics for your science work). If you don't find the teacher that can teach the subject you want, then go to the previous link, it will always have a teacher, as far as I know.

However, it is important to note that these teachers are only available from Monday to Thursday, from 5PM to 8PM and on Sunday, from 1PM to 5PM.

You can always ask questions on this forum! Teachers are available to answer your questions everyday from 6AM to 10PM.
