In real life, most people say: me and _____.

When writing a story, is it OK to use: "me and ____" when a character is talking?

      Hi!

      I'm not sure to understand the first thing you asked! Pronouns to refer to yourself would be « me, myself and I ».

      The second one is me and « you ».

      I don't think it's the best formulation to use when you are writing a story!
